Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Flat Rate Priority Shipping ($4.99) is applied to all orders so delivery can be expected within 1-3 business days for orders in the U.S. Overnight and next day shipping is available upon customer request for an additional fee.

For International orders, shipments can be expected in standard delivery time for that country. For Canada and Mexico, orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Processing:

Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. Standard orders will be processed for same day if submitted by 2pm however please allow up to 2 business days after the order is placed.

Order Tracking:

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information. If you provide the incorrect address you will need to contact the residence you put on your order and have them write the address you want it delivered to, then they can drop it off to their local post office and USPS will re-ship your package for free. If USPS is unable to deliver your product and it is returned to us we will charge a 20 percent restocking fee. You will receive a credit for the cost of the merchandise which you can apply to your next order. We do not provide refunds for undeliverable shipments. Additionally, if your tracking number states 'delivered' at the address you provided, we will not provide refund if you tell us you did not receive it. You will take that up with your local post office.
